What could taste better than fresh picked juicy strawberries straight from the field?

Fresh picked fruit is so much tastier than anything bought in a shop. Fancy an outdoor day out with lots of fresh fruit, plants and good things to eat?

It’s very simple. Just come down and pick!

We can provide punnets and baskets. After picking we weigh the fruit and you pay for the weight picked.

We have a £5 fruit picking minimum per basket.

Typically most people might spend £5-£15, depending on how much fruit is picked.

We only accept cash payments and do not have a card machine.

Malt Kiln Farm

Location : Main Street, Stretton-under-Fosse, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0PE

Our pick your own is currently closed. We estimate that it will not be open until at least the third week of June.

As before we will be operating a booking system. This helps manage customer numbers which in turn improves the picking experience and crop quality

We do not take advanced bookings because the pyo is very weather dependent and will not be open every day.

Our aim is to have a succession of strawberry crops, by using different varieties and planting times. This hopefully provides fruit to pick from late June through to early September.

It doesn’t always work and occasionally during this time we sometimes have gaps in availability.

Manor Farm Fruits

Location : Watling Street, Hints, Tamworth, B78 3DF

Our PYO fields are now open for the 2023 season. This is our 50th Year of PYO, so it’s going to be a summer of celebration and we just love seeing all our regular customers returning to the farm.

Our team has worked incredibly hard to enable us to open so early given the weather recently after the cold, dull Spring so far. We aren’t aware of any other farm in the area opening their PYO fields in May so we are really leading the way.

Due to the unpredictable weather, we are going to open our online bookings for just a few days at a time, allowing us to check how the crop is ripening and to ensure that we always have enough delicious strawberries available for everyone to pick.

All bookings this year will be online again, and this is a unique opportunity to get the very first strawberries of the season.
