Pumpkin Patch – Pick a Pumpkin, Explore our Maize Maze
This October half term our first ever Pumpkin Patch will be open for visitors!
Come along to Earth Trust Centre to pick your own pumpkin direct from the growing field on our farm, and lose yourself in our marvellous maize maze. Seasonal treats and refreshments will be available from our pop-up café provided by Wallingford’s 5 Little Pigs.
Get your boots muddy and your hands grubby as you and your little ones have fun with one of our favourite Autumn harvest vegetables (although it is actually a fruit!)
The event runs from Saturday 22nd to Sunday 30th October (excluding Wednesday 26th) and there are morning and afternoon sessions available each day – 10am-12pm and 1-3pm. Booking in advance is essential.

High Lodge Farm’s Halloween event starts on Saturday, October 15th! Do you know your harlequins from your hubbards? Your polar bears from your casperitas?
As well as thousands of regular carving pumpkins of all different sizes, we have lots of mixed squash. Our current favourites are the little white casperitas – great for autumn decoration both inside and out. What’s your favourite squash?
Book tickets for our Pumpkin Patch + Spooky Trail and come and load-up a wheelbarrow.
Tickets are £5 for children (ages 2-16) and £3.50 for adults. Under 2s are free. Please note, this is not a scary event! Pumpkins are paid for separately.
